Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1) To prepare prototype design based on agreed fit gap research analysis
2) To write program based on agreed functional specification and technical specification as and when required.
3) Able to prepare table structure and database design based on agreed fit gap analysis
4) To perform connection testing, unit testing and integration testing after programming is completed and handling User Acceptance Test.
5) Preparing scripts for data migration and conversion, where necessary.

The Candidate
 

The Marketing Manager is a key role within the TrueCap Digital Marketing team and is responsible for monitoring and facilitating the research, creation, distribution, sales enablement and governance of positioning and messaging. The role collaborates with team resources for the development of prospect or client marketing campaigns and content across channels. This position reports to the Sales Director serving as a central point of contact for enterprise go-to-market for our Commerce Services suite of solutions.

The Adventure
 

The position is well-suited to those accustomed to working independently and self-sufficiently while wearing multiple hats:

  • Own and be accountable for all product marketing responsibilities pertaining to—and serve as the primary Marketing POC for—either prospects (supporting our New Business Sales team) or clients (supporting our Client & Partner Success team).
  • Articulate business challenges addressed by our solutions and services. Document positioning and messaging that differentiates TrueCaps’ value propositions. Act as the ‘spokesperson’ for our go-to-market messaging.

  • Develop personas, customer journeys, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence; leverage these materials in creating product positioning, messaging, and sales materials

Your background:
As a Marketing Manager, you have:

  • Able to demonstrate experience in B2B/retail ecommerce (financing or technologies) and developing B2B marketing deliverables (including, but not limited to, pitch decks, collateral, sales playbooks, sales training, customer/prospect communications, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with little or no direction; strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to succeed under aggressive project schedules
  • Strategic relationship building and management skills
  • Superior verbal and interpersonal abilities—ability to present onstage to large internal and external audiences
  • Strong design skills in print and/or digital
  • 5+ years of marketing to retailers/brands, either with a solution provider, agency or brand—preferably related to the areas of ecommerce, technology and logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business or related experience preferred
  • Willing to travel 25-30% (remote work arrangements are permitted)

  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting -Provide an accurate forecast of personal sales results. Continuously review all opportunities in the sales pipeline and advance the stage of the sale to provide an accurate record of sales activities and monthly results that roll-up to the sales forecast.
  • Sales Execution – Based on direction established by marketing and the Head of Department (HOD) executes sales contacts based on campaign requirements, sales leads and other national sales execution requirements.
